30 Sep 2005Payments.com.au IVR system upgradePayments.com.au is experiencing a major upgrade to the telephone-based IVR system.
Alongsise a linguistic narration update for the voice prompting, the IVR system has undergone a complete maintenance and security upgrade in an effort to ensure a more efficient, complete operation for all clients paying their bills or invoices by phone.

The upgrade is expected to be finalised early in the first week of October, at which time all current clients will receive an email outlining the service status.
29 Aug 2005FDI unscheduled outageFDI experienced an intermittent outage between approx 10:30 to 11:30 (AM) AEST, 29 Aug 05. Merchants may have received invalid responses for transactions. More information for affected merchants will be provided as it becomes available.
7 Oct 2004Camtech Un-scheduled System OutageThe Camtech Payment Gateway experienced an interruption to its service late
on the 5th Sep 04 and as a result, merchants transactions were unable
to be processed successfully to the Gateway.

The times effected during this outage was between 21:38:16 - 22:32:16 AEST. During
this time merchants would have received the following response code:

'EM' - Connection Refused

We are currently in the process of re-designing Payments.com.au to provide you with more features and reporting capabilities, as well as an easy to use interface.

We are also looking to take advantage of new security technologies such as Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode to help protect you, the merchant, from fraudulent transactions, as well as other features like pre-authorisations.

We will announce more in the coming weeks to keep you updated on progress.
